DD/Cheques are to be drawn in favour of "Samruddhi Credit Co-operative Society Limited.," Payable at Bangalore,
Name of the applicant must be mentioned behind the DD/Cheques.
All the columns must be filled along with the thumb impression or signature of the applicant.
Kindly enclose 4 Passport size Photos.ID proof and address proofs.
EMIs are acceptable only through cheques and DDs,
The selected EMI dates will not be changed for at least a period of 6 (six) months.
EMIs should be remitted in time, in case if three consequent failures. the " J P P L " is authorised to convert the rate of the site to the current rate as applicable on date.
The payment receipts from the "J P P L" only will be considered ad valid.
Cheques are subject to realization. However in the case of cheque bounce. an amount of RS. 350/- will charged per transaction to the member.
Registration charges as per the government rules and miscellaneous charges are to be paid at the time of registration.
Corner sites. Sites facing main roads or parks will be charged extra.
Please inform any changes in postal address/telephone number to the corporate office immediately.
Once the amount is paid it will not be refunded under any circumstances. However the plot can be transferred to others.
The instalments must be paid every month. Non payment of EMI beyond the grace period (10days)
Residential sites will be provided under easy EMI schemes.
The layout includes all the amenities and will be developed and allotted to the members within 36 months.
For any delay or non payment of the instalment, an interest of 18% will be charged per annum.
Samruddhi Credit Co-operative Society Limited., has the right to accept or reject any application.
Samruddhi Credit Co-operative Society Limited., will not be responsible for any delay, Inconvenience of loss caused by act of nature/state.
All legal matters pertaining to this project come under Bengaluru Jurisdiction only.
Other Terms and Conditions may apply as per the agreement.
All decisions of Samruddhi Credit Co-operative Society Limited., Shall be final and will be applicable to all the members..
Samruddhi Credit Co-operative Society Limited., Company reserves all the rights to make changes. Alteration or any changes in terms and conditions of this project.
