Our Founder Message

My name is [Founder's Name]. And what you see today as a successful co-operative society, began with nothing but a belief... a belief that people like us - small traders, farmers, daily workers- deserve financial dignity. "I was born in a humble household. I've seen my parents count every rupee, delay every dream. We didn't lack effort - we lacked opportunity. I realized early on that access to credit and trustworthy financial support could change lives. But where would it come from?" With no capital, no team, and no office, I started from scratch. I knocked on doors, explained my vision - not to investors, but to common people. Most laughed. Some ignored me. But a few believed. And that was enough." "We registered as a Samruddhi credit co-operative society. Our first office was a single table in a borrowed room at Kogilu, a small village of Yelahanka Bangalore.Every new member gave me hope. Every small deposit was a brick in the foundation of something greater. Our strength was never in money. It was in relationships. We didn't advertise. We served - and that spoke louder than words. Over time, our family grew from a handful of members to thousands across 32 branchesToday, people call us successful. But I'll never forget the journey. I've seen rainy days when I couldn't pay the rent of our first office. I've seen staff work nights without complaint. And I've seen mothers smile because they could finally educate their children. I believe success is not what you achieve alone-it's what you enable in others. That is the soul of a co-operative. We rise by lifting others

Success is not measured by profit. It’s measured by how many lives you touch. I didn’t build a bank. I built a family. And as long as we grow together, the journey continues.
